What we collect

Account details you give us: name, email address, country and password (stored encrypted, never in readable form).

Learning activity: which lessons you open, mark complete, bookmark, and the notes you write.

Messages you send through the contact form.

Basic technical data such as browser type and approximate location, used to keep the service secure.

How we use it

To give you access to the courses you enrol in and to save your progress.

To send account emails such as sign-in confirmation and password resets.

To answer your support questions and improve our courses.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who can see it

Your notes, bookmarks and progress are private to your account.

Squademy staff can see your name, email, enrolments and support messages in order to help you.

Service providers that run our hosting, database and email delivery process data on our behalf under contract.

Your choices

You can edit your name and country, or change your password, at any time in your profile.

Write to us to request a copy of your data or to have your account deleted. We remove accounts within 30 days unless we must keep records for tax or legal reasons.
