Refund Policy.

If a course is not right for you, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund it in full.

The window closes early if you have completed more than 25% of the course lessons or downloaded the course files.

Send your request through the contact page from the email address on your account, and tell us which course it concerns.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 working days to show it.

Bundle purchases are refundable as a whole, not course by course.

We may decline repeated refund requests from the same account, or requests where the course was clearly downloaded or shared.
